食品文化是影响人类基本营养需求和倾向的文化机制。本文基于调查问卷获得的数据,对中欧国家影响消费者感知的传统食品属性类别进行对比分析,从而寻求食品文化影响消费者传统食品感知的内在机理。中欧国家传统食品感性与理性的文化观念在碰撞中不断融合,在融合中相互补充。学习和借鉴欧洲科学理性的观念和管理方法,有利于推动我国食品文化成为一种综合性的饮食文化。

Food culture is the cultural mechanism influenced human's basic nutritional needs and tendency. This article compares and analyses the product attributes that influence the cognition about the consumption of Chinese and Europeans about traditional food to seek inner mechanism of food culture based on the obtained data. Perceptual and rational concept of culture of the traditional food in China and Europe of constantly fuse in the collision,complement each other in fusion. Learning and drawing lessons from the scientific and rational idea and the management method of the European,there is conducive to promoting China's food culture become a comprehensive diet culture.
