依据CNAS-CL07:2011《测量不确定度的要求》、JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和GB 29989-2013《食品安全国家标准婴幼儿食品和乳品中左旋肉碱的测定》,建立婴幼儿配方食品中左旋肉碱的测量不确定度的测量模型。根据模型分析并计算不确定度各个分量、结果的不确定度以及扩展不确定度。计算得到在婴幼儿奶粉中左旋肉碱含量为11.2 mg/100 g时,扩展不确定度为1.21 mg/100 g,包含因子k为2。

According to requirements for measurement uncertainty (CNAS-CL07:2011), valuation and expression of uncertainty in measurement (JJF 1059.1-2012) and the method of determination of L-carnitine in foods and milk power for infant and young children (GB 29989-2013), a measurement model was established. The independent uncertainty, standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty coming from analysis procedure were obtained. As L-carnitine content in puree was 11.2 mg/100 g, the expanded uncertainty was 1.21 mg/100 g and the coverage factor k was.
