目的：探讨羟苯磺酸钙联合替米沙坦治疗2型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将72例2型糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各36例。两组患者均给予胰岛素有效控制血糖，观察组给予羟苯磺酸钙500mg联合替米沙坦80mg治疗；对照组给予替米沙坦80mg治疗，疗程12周，观察并比较两组患者治疗前后尿蛋白、尿白蛋白排出率（UAER）、空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（PBS）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）的变化。结果治疗12周后，两组患者尿蛋白、UAER水平均较治疗前明显下降（均P＜0.05），且观察组患者低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；两组患者FPG、PBS、HbA1c、BUN、Cr水平比较，差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）。结论羟苯磺酸钙联合替米沙坦治疗2型糖尿病肾病患者，较单用替米沙坦治疗更能有效地控制蛋白尿，值得临床应用。
목적：탐토간분광산개연합체미사탄치료2형당뇨병신병적림상료효。방법장72례2형당뇨병신병Ⅲ기환자안수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조，각36례。량조환자균급여이도소유효공제혈당，관찰조급여간분광산개500mg연합체미사탄80mg치료；대조조급여체미사탄80mg치료，료정12주，관찰병비교량조환자치료전후뇨단백、뇨백단백배출솔（UAER）、공복혈당（FPG）、찬후2h혈당（PBS）、당화혈홍단백（HbA1c）、뇨소담（BUN）、기항（Cr）적변화。결과치료12주후，량조환자뇨단백、UAER수평균교치료전명현하강（균P＜0.05），차관찰조환자저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）；량조환자FPG、PBS、HbA1c、BUN、Cr수평비교，차이균무통계학의의（균P＞0.05）。결론간분광산개연합체미사탄치료2형당뇨병신병환자，교단용체미사탄치료경능유효지공제단백뇨，치득림상응용。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of calcium dobesilate combined with telmisartan in treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods Seventy two patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy stage III were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (36 cases) treated with combination of calcium dobesilate and telmisartan; control group (36 cases) treated with telmisartan alone. Blood sugar was control ed by insulin effectively in both groups with fasting plasma glu-cose(FPG)<8mmol·l-1, postprandial blood sugar(PBS)<10mmol/L. Urinary protein, UAER, FPG, PBS, HbA1c, BUN and CR of two groups were tested and compared before and after 12 weeks of treatment. Results Urinary albumin, UREA levels were lower in observation group than those in control group (P<0.05), while there were no significant differences in FPG, PBS, HbA1c, BUN and CR levels between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with monotherapy of telmisartan, the combination of calcium dobesilate with telmisartan is more effective in treatment type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
