根据应用型本科院校的定位，针对计算机学科各个专业学生实践能力和创新能力的培养，结合应用型本科院校人才培养的特点，探索出“赛学创”人才培养模式。分析了该模式的内涵，阐述了模式的具体实施做法，列举了实施效果，并进行了总结和展望。

According to application-oriented undergraduate institution, to train practical ability and creative ability for computer science, a"Contest-Learning-Innovation"talents training mode was explored in this paper. Combined with application-oriented universities' features, the connotation of mode was analyzed. The speciifc way of mode was described. The mode of implementation effect was cited. Finally, the mode was summarized.
