目的：探讨闭合复位可调节式外固定支架治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效。方法采用在局部麻醉结合血肿内麻醉下，闭合手法复位后使用可调式外固定支架治疗桡骨远端各型骨折51例。结果所有患者术后均获得随访，随访时间3～11个月，所有骨折12周内都达到临床愈合。根据腕关节功能评定标准（Dienst）评定：优42例，良5例，可4例，优良率约92．2％。结论可调节式外固定支架能牢固的维持桡骨远端骨折稳定，适用于各型桡骨远端骨折，具有固定牢固、操作简单、损伤小、出血少及并发症少等优点。
목적：탐토폐합복위가조절식외고정지가치료뇨골원단골절료효。방법채용재국부마취결합혈종내마취하，폐합수법복위후사용가조식외고정지가치료뇨골원단각형골절51례。결과소유환자술후균획득수방，수방시간3～11개월，소유골절12주내도체도림상유합。근거완관절공능평정표준（Dienst）평정：우42례，량5례，가4례，우량솔약92．2％。결론가조절식외고정지가능뢰고적유지뇨골원단골절은정，괄용우각형뇨골원단골절，구유고정뢰고、조작간단、손상소、출혈소급병발증소등우점。
Objective To evaluate the clinical results of close reduction plus adjustable external fixator in the treatment of distal ra-dius fractures.Methods From June 2008 to October 2012,51 unstable fractures of distal radius were treated with closed reduction plus ad-justable external fixation under local anesthesia combined with the hematoma anesthesia in our hospital.Results All patients were followed up from 3 to 1 1 months,all fractures were achieved clinical bone healing in 12 weeks postoperatively.According to the Dienst criteria,42 ca-ses were excellent,5 good and 4fair.The excellent and good rate was 92.2%.Conclusion Adjustable external fixator can offer effective sta-bility for distal radius fractures,the method can be suitable for all types of distal radius fractures with the advantages of stable fixation ,mini-injury ,less bleeding and fewer complications.
