目的：探讨16层螺旋CT低剂量对比剂在头颈部CTA检查中应用的可行性。方法将60例患者平均分为A、B、C三组，A组对比剂用量100 mL，B组70 mL，C组55 mL，用原始数据薄层重建后，利用VR、MIP、MPR评价头颈部血管图像质量，并在启动扫描后的0、2、4、6、8、10、12秒测量动脉的CT值，进行统计学分析。结果 C组与A、B组间除静脉回流污染项差异有统计学意义外，其余项无差异（P＞0．05）；C 组与 A、B 组间的0 s 及2 s 时间层面的动脉 CT 值差异有统计学意义，其余项无差异（P＞0．05）。结论16层螺旋CT结合技术改良行低剂量对比剂进行头颈部联合CTA检查可以满足临床需要。

Objective To study the feasibility of 16 -slice CT angiography with low dose contrast media in the head and neck. Methods Sixty patients were divided into 3 groups (A,B,C)according to the dosage of contrast media as follows:100ml,70ml,55ml,re-spectively.Image quality was evaluated by using source image reconstruction and VR,MIP,MPR.The CT attenuation values of the arteries were measured at 0s,2s,4s,6s,8s,10s,12s after start scanning,respectively.These parameters were analyzed statistically.Results Only venous drainage had statistical difference in group C compared with group A and B,while the others were not(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in CT attenuation values of the arteries except for the CT attenuation values of the arteries at 0s and 2s in group C com-pared with group A and B(P>0.05).Conclusion Using 16-slice with modified technique low dose contrast media for cerebral and carotid CTA can meet the clinical needs.
