目的：研究团体治疗对精神分裂症患者自知力的影响。方法：将80例精神分裂症患者按入院顺序随机分为观察组、对照组各40例。两组患者均采用抗精神病药物治疗和常规健康宣讲，观察组患者在此基础上实施团体治疗。采用自知力评定量表( SAUMD)对两组患者在治疗前及治疗8周后进行测评。结果：(1)两组患者治疗前自知力各项评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)两组患者治疗后自知力总分和对目前、过去症状认识的评分均有下降，与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；但观察组患者上述三项评分下降幅度更为显著，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)治疗后对照组患者对目前及过去症状的解释和归因上评分基本无变化；而观察组患者对目前及过去症状的解释和归因上评分有下降，与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：团体治疗能促使精神分裂症患者自知力恢复。
목적：연구단체치료대정신분렬증환자자지력적영향。방법：장80례정신분렬증환자안입원순서수궤분위관찰조、대조조각40례。량조환자균채용항정신병약물치료화상규건강선강，관찰조환자재차기출상실시단체치료。채용자지력평정량표( SAUMD)대량조환자재치료전급치료8주후진행측평。결과：(1)량조환자치료전자지력각항평분비교무통계학의의(P>0.05)。(2)량조환자치료후자지력총분화대목전、과거증상인식적평분균유하강，여치료전상비차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)；단관찰조환자상술삼항평분하강폭도경위현저，여대조조상비차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。(3)치료후대조조환자대목전급과거증상적해석화귀인상평분기본무변화；이관찰조환자대목전급과거증상적해석화귀인상평분유하강，여치료전상비차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론：단체치료능촉사정신분렬증환자자지력회복。
Objective:To study effects of group therapy on insight for schizophrenic patients. Methods:80 patients with schiz-ophrenia were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases) according to their admission order. Both groups were given antipsychotic medication and routine health lectures, while observation group was given group therapy, addi-tionally. The two groups were assessed with scale to assess unawareness of mental disorder ( SAUMD) before and 8 weeks after the treatment. Results:(1) There were no statistical significance in the insight scores between the two groups before the treatment (P>0. 05). (2) After the treatment, the total scores, and the scores of insight on the current and past symptom awareness had dropped com-pared with those before the treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 01);but these three ratings of observation group declined more significantly than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 01). (3) After the treatment, the current and past symptom interpretation and attribution ratings basically unchanged;while those of observation group had dropped, and the differences before and after the treatment were statistically significant (P<0. 01). Conclusions: Group therapy can promote recovery of insight in the patients with schizophrenia.
