Postpartum abdominal pain%Moxibustion%Zigong Acupoint
目的：观察艾灸子宫穴治疗产后腹痛的镇痛作用。方法：选取产后腹痛患者200例，治疗组100例用艾灸子宫穴，对照组100例未施行任何干预，比较两组在产后2h、24h、48h 产后宫缩痛的程度。结果：治疗组经过艾灸治疗，宫缩痛缓解效果明显优于对照组，两组比较有统计学差异（P ＜0.05）。结论：艾灸子宫穴能明显缓解产后腹痛，是一种有效的治疗产后腹痛的新方法。

목적：관찰애구자궁혈치료산후복통적진통작용。방법：선취산후복통환자200례，치료조100례용애구자궁혈，대조조100례미시행임하간예，비교량조재산후2h、24h、48h 산후궁축통적정도。결과：치료조경과애구치료，궁축통완해효과명현우우대조조，량조비교유통계학차이（P ＜0.05）。결론：애구자궁혈능명현완해산후복통，시일충유효적치료산후복통적신방법。
Objective Moxibustion on zigong acupoint effec for the treatment of postpartum abdominal pain.Methods Choose 200 patients with postpartum abdominal pain,the treatment group 100 cases with moxibustion uterine cavity,the control group 100 cases without any intervention,compared two groups of 2 hours,24 hours,48 hours postpartum production harem shrinkage degree of pain. Results The treatment group after moxibustion treatment,contractions pain relief effect is obviously better than that of control group, comparing the two groups have significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion can significantly reduce postpartum ab-dominal pain,uterine cavity is an effective new method for the treatment of postpartum abdominal pain.
