目的:探讨低分子肝素雾化吸入对急性肺损伤( ALI)的抗炎治疗作用。方法健康纯种白兔24只,随机分成3组(n=8):正常对照组,生理盐水雾化组和低分子肝素雾化治疗组。各组分别测定血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),白介素-6(IL-6)和白介素-1(IL-1)的浓度。结果与正常对照组相比,生理盐水雾化组血清炎性因子TNF-α、IL-6和IL-1浓度显著升高( P <0.05);而低分子肝素雾化治疗组血清中上述三种炎性因子浓度虽然仍比正常对照组高,但较生理盐水雾化组相比,血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-1浓度显著下降( P <0.05)。结论低分子肝素雾化吸入治疗急性肺损伤可以发挥抗炎作用,减轻炎症反应,具有一定的保护和治疗作用。

목적:탐토저분자간소무화흡입대급성폐손상( ALI)적항염치료작용。방법건강순충백토24지,수궤분성3조(n=8):정상대조조,생리염수무화조화저분자간소무화치료조。각조분별측정혈청중종류배사인자-α(TNF-α),백개소-6(IL-6)화백개소-1(IL-1)적농도。결과여정상대조조상비,생리염수무화조혈청염성인자TNF-α、IL-6화IL-1농도현저승고( P <0.05);이저분자간소무화치료조혈청중상술삼충염성인자농도수연잉비정상대조조고,단교생리염수무화조상비,혈청TNF-α、IL-6화IL-1농도현저하강( P <0.05)。결론저분자간소무화흡입치료급성폐손상가이발휘항염작용,감경염증반응,구유일정적보호화치료작용。
Objective To explore the antiinflammatory effect of nebulization with low molecular weight heparin on acute lung injury. Methods Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into three groups( n=8 ):control group,saline nebulization group and low molecular weight heparin nebulization group. Serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1 were detected in these three groups. Results In comparison with control group,serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1 in saline nebulization group were significantly increased( P <0. 05). In low molecular weight heparin nebulization group,serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1 were still higher than those of control group,but they were lower than those of saline nebulization group( P <0. 05). Conclusion The application of nebulization with low molecular weight heparin demonstrates antiinflammatory effect and it may have therapeutic effects on acute lung injury.
