目的:探讨老年男性患者雄激素受体CAG基因多态性重复数对冠心病的发病风险影响。方法随机选择我院心血管内科收治的86例冠心病患者作为观察组,100例体检非冠心病患者作为对照组,采用聚合酶连反应(PCR)和直接测序法测定两组研究对象外周血雄激素受体CAG重复序列的数目,并采用多因素Logistic回归分析冠心病发病的危险因素。结果观察组与对照组在年龄、BMI、TT、E2四项指标上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但是在高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、糖尿病家族史、冠心病家族史、CAG重复数<22、CAG重复数≥22指标上,两组具有明显的差异,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05);吸烟、高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、冠心病家族史、CAG重复数<22是冠心病的危险因素;其中CAG重复数<22是CAG重复数≥22患冠心病的危险度增加4.421倍。结论罹患冠心病的危险因素很多,雄激素受体CAG基因多态性重复数<22是患冠心病的主要危险因素之一。

목적:탐토노년남성환자웅격소수체CAG기인다태성중복수대관심병적발병풍험영향。방법수궤선택아원심혈관내과수치적86례관심병환자작위관찰조,100례체검비관심병환자작위대조조,채용취합매련반응(PCR)화직접측서법측정량조연구대상외주혈웅격소수체CAG중복서렬적수목,병채용다인소Logistic회귀분석관심병발병적위험인소。결과관찰조여대조조재년령、BMI、TT、E2사항지표상차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);단시재고혈압、당뇨병、고혈지、당뇨병가족사、관심병가족사、CAG중복수<22、CAG중복수≥22지표상,량조구유명현적차이,차구유통계학의의(P<0.05);흡연、고혈압、당뇨병、고혈지、관심병가족사、CAG중복수<22시관심병적위험인소;기중CAG중복수<22시CAG중복수≥22환관심병적위험도증가4.421배。결론리환관심병적위험인소흔다,웅격소수체CAG기인다태성중복수<22시환관심병적주요위험인소지일。
Objective To investigate the relationship of androgen receptor CAG repeat polymorphism and coronary artery disease in elderly men. Methods 86 cases of coronary artery disease patients were randomly selected as the observation group,and 100 cases of medical non coronary heart disease were selected as control group,who were treated in our hospital department of cardiovascular internal medicine. Results Investigation of androgen receptor CAG repeat sequence number of the two groups of subjects peripheral was determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and direct sequencing method.Risk factors of coronary heart disease were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis.The observation group and the control group were no significant difference in the four indicators of age,BMI,TT, E2(P > 0.05),but the hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,family history of diabetes,family history of coronary heart disease,CAG repeat numbers of < 22,CAG repeat number ≥ 22 of two groups had the obvious difference with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Smoking,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,family history of coronary heart disease,CAG repeat number<22 were risk factors for coronary heart disease.Coronary heart disease risk of CAG repeat numbers < 22 was 4.421 times greater than that of CAG repeat numbers ≥ 22. Conclusion There are many risk factors of CHD.Androgen receptor gene CAG polymorphism repeat number < 22 is one of the major risk factors of coronary heart disease.
