针对乌东德大坝的施工特点,采用计算机仿真技术对其混凝土浇筑进行了全过程仿真模拟。为加快大坝上升速度、提高总工期和关键节点工期完成保证率,通过调整不同的施工参数对乌东德拱坝施工进度进行了优化分析。最终提出采取全年接缝灌浆方案且灌区高度取9 m、最大悬臂高度为70 m、孔口部位坝块采用3m浇筑层厚等措施较有利于加快大坝混凝土施工进度。仿真结果验证了原设计制定的施工方案与施工进度计划的合理性。

In view of the construction characteristics of Wudongde Dam, computer simulation technology is adopted to simulate the whole process of concrete construction of the arch dam. In order to accelerate the lifting speed of dam and improve the guaran-teed completion rate of total construction period and key node periods, an optimal analysis is carried out for the construction schedule by adjusting different construction parameters. The analysis results also show that employing the joint grouting scheme in the whole year with 9m height of grouting zone, the maximum cantilever height of 70m, placement layer thickness of 3m for the dam blocks at the orifices is beneficial to speed up the construction progress of dam concrete placement. The simulation results show that the original design of construction scheme and construction schedule is reasonable and feasible.
