目的:探讨冠心病(CHD)并发2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的影响因素中性别差异的影响。方法选取124例冠心病并发2型糖尿病患者为研究对象。将所选患者按性别分为A组(女性组,66例),B组(男性组,58例),然后分析各组患者的基本临床资料、血液生化指标、射血分数及患者的用药治疗等情况。结果 A组患者的血清肌酐(SCr)及吸烟率均低于B组患者;而A组患者的平均年龄、总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)均高于B组患者(P<0.05)。随访后两组患者的TG、TC及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-CH)都低于随访前;两组患者的SCr及空腹血糖(FBG)均高于随访前(P<0.05)。随访8个月后的A组患者TG与TC均高于B组患者;A组患者的SCr低于B组(P<0.05)。结论在CHD并发T2DM患者的影响因素中性别差异是重要的影响因素之一。

목적:탐토관심병(CHD)병발2형당뇨병(T2DM)환자적영향인소중성별차이적영향。방법선취124례관심병병발2형당뇨병환자위연구대상。장소선환자안성별분위A조(녀성조,66례),B조(남성조,58례),연후분석각조환자적기본림상자료、혈액생화지표、사혈분수급환자적용약치료등정황。결과 A조환자적혈청기항(SCr)급흡연솔균저우B조환자;이A조환자적평균년령、총담고순(TC)급감유삼지(TG)균고우B조환자(P<0.05)。수방후량조환자적TG、TC급저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-CH)도저우수방전;량조환자적SCr급공복혈당(FBG)균고우수방전(P<0.05)。수방8개월후적A조환자TG여TC균고우B조환자;A조환자적SCr저우B조(P<0.05)。결론재CHD병발T2DM환자적영향인소중성별차이시중요적영향인소지일。
0bjective To explore the impact of gender differences in the factors of the patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Methods 124 cases patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes were selected as the study. All the patients were divided into group A gender (female group had 66 cases), group B (male group had 58 cases). Then the patients' basic clinical data, blood bilchemical parameters, ejection fraction and drug treatment and so on were analyzed. Results The patients' serum creatinine(SCr)and smoking rates of A group were lower than B group. The patients' mean age, total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride(TG) of A group were higher than B group (P<0.05). After follow-up of 8 months, the patients' TG, TC and LDL cholesterol(LDL-CH) of the two group were lower than the prrvious follow-up. The patients' SCr and fasting blood glucose(FBG) of the two group after the 8 months follow-up were higher than the previous follow-up (P<0.05). The patients' TG and TC of the A group were higher than B group, the patients' SCr of A group was lower than B group (P<0.05). Conclusion Gender differences is an important factor in the factors of the patients with CHD and T2MD.
