目的：分析大面积脑梗死出血转化相关危险因素。方法收集我院2011年7月～2013年7月期间诊治的大面积脑梗死出血转化患者55例设为试验组，另选同期的55例未发生出血转化的脑梗死患者设为对照组，回顾性分析两组患者的临床资料，总结相关危险因素。结果通过Logistic回归分析发现，大面积脑梗死出血转化相关危险因素主要包括血糖、血脂水平。结论高血脂、高血糖等因素容易导致大面积脑梗死患者发生出血转化，需引起临床医师的重视，掌握相关危险因素，及时采取有效的处理措施。
목적：분석대면적뇌경사출혈전화상관위험인소。방법수집아원2011년7월～2013년7월기간진치적대면적뇌경사출혈전화환자55례설위시험조，령선동기적55례미발생출혈전화적뇌경사환자설위대조조，회고성분석량조환자적림상자료，총결상관위험인소。결과통과Logistic회귀분석발현，대면적뇌경사출혈전화상관위험인소주요포괄혈당、혈지수평。결론고혈지、고혈당등인소용역도치대면적뇌경사환자발생출혈전화，수인기림상의사적중시，장악상관위험인소，급시채취유효적처리조시。
Objective To analyze the associated risk factors of hemorrhage transformation in large area cerebral infarction. Methods 55 large area cerebral infarction patients with hemorrhage transformation treated in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2013 were collected as experimental group. In the same period, 55 cases of cerebral infarction patients who had no hemorrhage were selected as control group. The clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed and summarized the related risk factors. Results Through the Logistic regression analysis, the risk factors of hemorrhage transformation in large area cerebral infarction were found including blood sugar, blood lipid level. Conclusion Factors such as high cholesterol, high blood sugar can easily lead patients with large area cerebral infarction to hemorrhage, that need the attention of clinicians. Clinicians should master the related risk factors, to take timely and effective treatment measures.
