乌东德水电站位于高山峡谷地区,两岸边坡十分高陡,在工程边坡之上还有600~800 m的高位自然边坡,其上存在的块体局部稳定问题对下方工程边坡的施工及建筑物的运行构成重大威胁,必须采取适当的防治措施。结合乌东德坝址处高位自然边坡的防治设计实践,首先明确了高位自然边坡防治范围及防治目标的确定原则。提出依据块体稳定程度及对枢纽建筑物的危害大小,参考工程边坡的设计规范,以“分类处理、防治结合、减少扰动”为原则开展治理工作。其高位自然边坡的设计思路,可供类似工程参考。
烏東德水電站位于高山峽穀地區,兩岸邊坡十分高陡,在工程邊坡之上還有600~800 m的高位自然邊坡,其上存在的塊體跼部穩定問題對下方工程邊坡的施工及建築物的運行構成重大威脅,必鬚採取適噹的防治措施。結閤烏東德壩阯處高位自然邊坡的防治設計實踐,首先明確瞭高位自然邊坡防治範圍及防治目標的確定原則。提齣依據塊體穩定程度及對樞紐建築物的危害大小,參攷工程邊坡的設計規範,以“分類處理、防治結閤、減少擾動”為原則開展治理工作。其高位自然邊坡的設計思路,可供類似工程參攷。

Wudongde Hydropower Station is located at mountain and valley area with steep bank slope along two banks. In ad-dition, the natural slope of 600~800m height is located above the engineering slope, and the partial unstable blocks on natural slope severely threat the construction of lower engineering slope and later safe operation of other buildings, so rational measures should be adopted to reinforce the natural slope. The protection range and protection goal for the natural slope is determined first on the basis of the protection and design practice. According to the stability degree of various unstable blocks and their harm to lower buildings, it is proposed to conduct harnessing reinforcement by referring related design specification of engineering slope and adhering to the principle of integrating prevention with reinforcing as well as reducing interference. The design ideas for natu-ral slope reinforcement could be referred by other projects.
