乌东德水电站位于金沙江下游4个梯级的最上游,引水发电建筑物的设计面临厂区地质条件复杂、受限因素多、洞室群数量多规模大、主洞室间距小等困难。在设计过程中,结合地形地质条件、枢纽建筑物总体布置,并依据相关规程规范,采用工程类比、三维精细数值仿真等技术手段,解决了进水口、引水隧洞、主洞室及附属洞室、尾水隧洞、尾水出口等重点部位布置及支护参数设计、围岩稳定分析等技术问题,确定了经济技术指标较优的引水发电建筑物布置格局。相关设计成果可为同类工程设计提供参考。

Wudongde Hydropower Station is the most upper one of the four cascade hydropower stations on lower Jinsha River. Its water diversion and power generation structure is characterized as complex geological and many restricted conditions, large-scale caverns, small intervals between the main caverns. During the design process, the supporting parameters and rock stability analysis of key parts are solved, including the water inlet, diversion tunnel, main and auxiliary caverns, tail water tunnel, tail water outlets, in consideration of terrain condition and general layout as well as using related design specifications, engineering a-nalogy and fine 3D numerical simulation. Finally, the optimized layout of water diversion and power generation structures with better economic index is proposed.
