乌东德水电站是我国“西电东送”的骨干电源点,其最优装机容量的确定涉及多种因素。针对初步拟定的4种装机方案,从水资源利用程度、工程技术条件、受电区域电力市场空间、远距离输电线路的适应性、动能指标及工程经济性、枢纽布置等方面进行了比较分析。综合技术经济比较结果认为,乌东德水电站装机容量定为10200 MW,其综合效益最好。

Wudongde Hydropower Station is a backbone power sources for west-east power transmission and its installed ca-pacity determination involves various factors. For 4 initially proposed installation schemes, the comparison and analysis are con-ducted from the aspects of water resources utilization level, engineering technology condition, and electric power market capacity in the electricity-consumption area, as well as adaptability of long-distance power transmission line, energy indexes, engineer-ing economy and project layout, etc. The comprehensive technical and economic comparison and analysis show that the installed capacity of 10 200 MW for Wudongde Hydropower Station can achieve the best benefit.
