目的：探讨气管切开术后患者气道管理的护理体会。方法选择2012年5月～2014年4月我院气管切开手术患者21例，分析总结有关气道管理的5个方面，主要从气管套管的固定、气管套管的更换、气道湿化、正确吸痰和拔管等方面进行阐述。结果21例患者中，17例拔管出院，1例病情稳定后带管回家，1例带管转当地医院，1例长期带管住院，1例死亡。结论对气管切开患者进行有效的气道管理，是患者救治成功的重要保障。
목적：탐토기관절개술후환자기도관리적호리체회。방법선택2012년5월～2014년4월아원기관절개수술환자21례，분석총결유관기도관리적5개방면，주요종기관투관적고정、기관투관적경환、기도습화、정학흡담화발관등방면진행천술。결과21례환자중，17례발관출원，1례병정은정후대관회가，1례대관전당지의원，1례장기대관주원，1례사망。결론대기관절개환자진행유효적기도관리，시환자구치성공적중요보장。
Objective To explore the nursing experience of airway management of patients after tracheotomy. Methods 21 patients with tracheotomy operation in our hospital from may 2012 to April 2014 were selected. Analyzed 5 aspects about airway management, the endotracheal tube fixed, tracheal tube replacement, airway humidification, correct sputum suction and extubation were mainly expounded. Results In the 21 patients,17 cases extubated and discharged,1 cases went home with tube after stable disease,1 cases transferred to a local hospital with tube,1 cases was in hospital for a long period with tube,1 cases was dead. Conclusion Giving effective airway management to patients with tracheotomy, is the important guarantee of treatment success.
