目的:了解深圳市三级甲等医院ICU护士职业高原现状,同时分析其人口学影响因素,为制定降低 ICU护士职业高原措施提供依据。方法采用自行设计的ICU护士一般人口学资料问卷及谢宝国等编制的《职业生涯高原问卷》对深圳市4所三级甲等医院205名ICU护士进行问卷调查。结果深圳市4所三级甲等医院ICU护士职业高原总体得分为(3.76±0.74)分,层级高原维度得分为(4.26±0.97)分,中心化高原维度得分为(3.97±0.94)分,内容高原维度得分为(3.22±0.99)分。多重线性回归分析显示,年龄、婚姻、职称、监护室工作年限是职业高原及其中心化高原、内容高原维度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论深圳市三级甲等医院ICU护士处于潜高原状态,在层级高原维度得分最高,内容高原维度得分最低。组织和个人在进行职业高原干预时,应充分考虑年龄、婚姻、职称、监护室工作年限影响因素,有针对性地进行干预。

Objective To investigate ICU nurses’ career plateau and to analyze its related demographic factors, so as to provide the basis for reducing their career plateau. Methods A total of 205 ICU nurses from four Class ⅢGradeⅠhospitals in Shenzhen were investigated with the self-designed general information questionnaire and Career Plateau Questionnaire developed by Xie Baoguo . Results The average score of ICU nurses ’ career plateau was 3.76 ±0.74 and that of hierarchy career plateau, central career plateau and content career plateau was 4.26±0.97, 3.97±0.94 and 3.22±0.99 respectively. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, marriage, professional title and working experience in ICU were the factors influencing ICU nurses ’ career plateau and the center and the contents of the plateau (P<0.05). Conclusion There is potential career plateau in ICU nurses in Shenzhen with the highest score in hierarchical career plateau and lowest in content career plateau. Age, marriage, professional title and working experience in ICU should be taken into consideration in the intervention of career plateau.
