目的:了解案例教学法在轮转护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取北京市某三级甲等医院2011届轮转护士,来自同一轮转科室5~7人组成一个学习小组,组员共同负责一次案例教学的课堂准备,并推荐二至三名成员作为主讲人,在护理部指派的带教老师指导下,完成一次案例教学的课堂授课任务。分别在培训后,采用自设“个案教学方法评价表”对培训效果进行评价。结果案例分析法培训实施后,课堂互动明显增多,学习主动性提高,与培训前相比差异有统计学意义( P <0.05);此种培训形式对发言者沟通交流能力、逻辑分析能力及分析判断能力有提高得到认可。结论案例教学法可提高轮转护士参与学习的主动性;以轮转护士为主体实施案例教学的培训方式能提高轮转护士的沟通交流能力、逻辑思维能力、评判性思维能力。

Objective To explore the effect of case analysis method to improve the outcome of standardized training and learning for rotary nurses. Methods A case analysis training program had been provided for rotary nurses. They were divided into several groups,5~7 persons in each group,nurses in each group studied a case and presented this case to others. The learning effect was evaluated by the Scale of Case Analysis after Training. Results After the training,the level of interaction and learning initiative of rotary nurses had been significantly raised( P <0. 05). Conclusion Case analysis training can raise the learning initiative of rotary nurses and their communication ability,and their capability of logic analysis had also been improved.
