目的:探讨胃溃疡及各期胃癌患者胃黏膜组织中白色念珠菌的毒力及其磷脂酶的活性的差异。方法按照菌株来源分组为正常对照组,胃溃疡组,早期胃癌组,进展期胃癌组,各组胃黏膜的菌株在CHROMagar念珠菌显色培养基上进行真菌分离培养与菌种鉴定,采用蛋黄平板法检测白色念珠菌的磷脂酶,以Pz值表示磷脂酶的活性。用白色念珠菌悬液尾静脉注射感染小鼠,以其平均存活时间(d)评价菌株毒力。结果与正常对照组比较,各组磷脂酶活性均有所升高,差异有统计学意义,以进展期胃癌组的磷脂酶活力最高,毒力最强,可在5d内致全部小鼠死亡。结论随着胃黏膜病理变化恶性程度的升高,所感染白色念珠菌磷脂酶的活性升高,毒力也逐渐增强。
目的:探討胃潰瘍及各期胃癌患者胃黏膜組織中白色唸珠菌的毒力及其燐脂酶的活性的差異。方法按照菌株來源分組為正常對照組,胃潰瘍組,早期胃癌組,進展期胃癌組,各組胃黏膜的菌株在CHROMagar唸珠菌顯色培養基上進行真菌分離培養與菌種鑒定,採用蛋黃平闆法檢測白色唸珠菌的燐脂酶,以Pz值錶示燐脂酶的活性。用白色唸珠菌懸液尾靜脈註射感染小鼠,以其平均存活時間(d)評價菌株毒力。結果與正常對照組比較,各組燐脂酶活性均有所升高,差異有統計學意義,以進展期胃癌組的燐脂酶活力最高,毒力最彊,可在5d內緻全部小鼠死亡。結論隨著胃黏膜病理變化噁性程度的升高,所感染白色唸珠菌燐脂酶的活性升高,毒力也逐漸增彊。
목적:탐토위궤양급각기위암환자위점막조직중백색념주균적독력급기린지매적활성적차이。방법안조균주래원분조위정상대조조,위궤양조,조기위암조,진전기위암조,각조위점막적균주재CHROMagar념주균현색배양기상진행진균분리배양여균충감정,채용단황평판법검측백색념주균적린지매,이Pz치표시린지매적활성。용백색념주균현액미정맥주사감염소서,이기평균존활시간(d)평개균주독력。결과여정상대조조비교,각조린지매활성균유소승고,차이유통계학의의,이진전기위암조적린지매활력최고,독력최강,가재5d내치전부소서사망。결론수착위점막병리변화악성정도적승고,소감염백색념주균린지매적활성승고,독력야축점증강。
Objective To explore the differences of virulence and phospholipase activity of Candida albicans in gastric mucosa of patients with gastric ulcer and different stages’gastric cancer. Methods All the bacterial strain were divided into the normal control group, gastric ulcer group, early gastric cancer group, advanced gastric cancer group according to the sources of strains. The different groups’mucosa strains in CHROMagar candida chromogenic medium were fungal isolated and identificated. And the Candida phospholipase was detected by the egg yolk plate method, the phospholipase activity was indicated with Pz values.The Candida albicans suspension was injected into the tail of the mice, and the virulence was evaluated with the mean survival time. Results Compared with the normal control group, the different groups’phospholipase activity significantly increased, the difference was significant (P<0.05). The phospholipase activity in advanced gastric cancer group was the highest, the toxicity was the strongest, and it could make all the mouse death in 5 days. Conclusion With the increase of malignant degree of gastric mucosa, the phospholipase activity of infecting Candida albicans also elevate, the virulence also increase gradually.
