以强化地板为研究对象,在保持其他条件不变的情况下,通过改变试件的浸渍温度、浸泡时间、试件尺寸以及试件温湿度的处理条件等因素,分别测试了强化地板的吸水厚度膨胀率,通过对比分析研究它们对测试值的影响。结果表明:随着浸渍温度的升高,强化地板的吸水膨胀率也随之变大;随着浸泡时间的延长,强化地板的吸水膨胀率呈现逐渐升高的趋势,并逐渐趋于缓和;试件尺寸大小对强化地板吸水厚度膨胀率影响较大,随着试件尺寸的增加,强化地板的吸水膨胀率显著减小;不同平衡处理条件下强化地板吸水厚度膨胀率差异较大,高温高湿平衡处理吸水厚度膨胀率降低,低温低湿平衡处理使吸水厚度膨胀率增加。
以彊化地闆為研究對象,在保持其他條件不變的情況下,通過改變試件的浸漬溫度、浸泡時間、試件呎吋以及試件溫濕度的處理條件等因素,分彆測試瞭彊化地闆的吸水厚度膨脹率,通過對比分析研究它們對測試值的影響。結果錶明:隨著浸漬溫度的升高,彊化地闆的吸水膨脹率也隨之變大;隨著浸泡時間的延長,彊化地闆的吸水膨脹率呈現逐漸升高的趨勢,併逐漸趨于緩和;試件呎吋大小對彊化地闆吸水厚度膨脹率影響較大,隨著試件呎吋的增加,彊化地闆的吸水膨脹率顯著減小;不同平衡處理條件下彊化地闆吸水厚度膨脹率差異較大,高溫高濕平衡處理吸水厚度膨脹率降低,低溫低濕平衡處理使吸水厚度膨脹率增加。

In this thesis,laminate flooring(Laminate floor covering)is the object of the study. We change the experiment conditions such as water temperature,soaking time,specimen size and THI in the experi-ment with other things being equal. By analyzing the data we got in the experiment,and then summarize the effects of each factor to the laminate flooring. By analyzing the data we got in the experiment,we found that the hygroscopic thickness swelling rate of laminate flooring rises with water temperature increas-ing,with the extended soaking time,but tends to be moderate.And we also found that the numerical values of hygroscopic thickness swelling rate of laminate flooring decrease with the increase of specimen size Burt as to the last factor THI,it’s complex. In the experiment,we found that hygroscopic thickness swelling rate of laminate flooring varies violently in different equilibrium conditions. We found that hygroscopic thickness swelling rate of laminate flooring appears bigger in low temperature and humidity than that before ,while in high temperature and humidity the numerical value of hygroscopic thickness swelling rate of laminate floor-ing appears quite the contrary.
