多电平逆变器具有的输入输出电压范围宽、容量大和电压波形好等优点,目前的二极管箝位型和飞跨电容型多电平逆变器需要大量二极管和电容作为辅助器件,使其结构复杂控制困难。本文介绍的带有独立直流源的级联逆变器拓扑很好的解决了这个问题,该变换器具有结构简单、控制容易、输出波形好等优点,然后分析了载波相移SPWM调制方案以及其谐波抵消的基本原理,最后通过仿真和实验验证该种方案的可行性。

Multilevel converters has drawn tremendous intetest because of its’ good qualities .At present diode-clamp and lfying-capacitors multilevel converters need many diodes and ca-pacitors, so its’ structure is very complex.In this paper a cascade inverter with isolated DC sources is introduced, this kind of converter has a simple structure and is easy to control and has a perfect output ,then carrier phase-shifted SPWM control strategy is analysed and the harmonious cancellation theory of this kind of control strategy is studied in detail.In the end the validity of this project is veriifed by simulation and experimental results.
