为了进一步开展地基工程建造活动，施工单位要事先做好地基工程勘测与分析工作，为常见病险加固方案提供真实的依据。本文分析了住宅建筑地基工程的重要性，总结了建筑地基常见病害形式，提出切实可行的加固处理方案。

In order to further develop the foundation engine- eering construction activities, construction units should be prior to the work of investigation and analysis of foundation engineering, to provide the real basis for common dangerous reinforcement scheme. This paper analyses the importance of foundation projects in residential buildings, summarizes the common diseases of building foundation, and puts forward the feasible reinforcement scheme.
