This article studies the field management of in- dustrial and civil construction, and mainly expounds the me- aning, shortcomings of field management and some measures to strengthen field management, and hopes to solve some problems such as staff are lack of safety awareness, the field testing system is not perfect, the archiving and management of construction materials are not reasonable and the building of management team is not scientific, and so on.
