Combining with the engineering examples, this paper discusses such aspects as the quality of control, soft foundation treatment, back-fil, schedule control, cost control, contract management and project supervision organization and coordination of the highway subgrade of earth and stone, expressing the author’s experience of the management of highway supervision.
