随着社会经济的快速发展，规划区内村居民个人建房管理已成为当前亟待解决的热点难点问题，不按规划要求私自乱建现象十分严重。笔者结合近几年从事规划管理工作的经验，提出了解决县级城市规划区内村居民个人建房问题的一些对策和建议。
隨著社會經濟的快速髮展，規劃區內村居民箇人建房管理已成為噹前亟待解決的熱點難點問題，不按規劃要求私自亂建現象十分嚴重。筆者結閤近幾年從事規劃管理工作的經驗，提齣瞭解決縣級城市規劃區內村居民箇人建房問題的一些對策和建議。

With the rapid development of social economy, in- dividual housing management of vilage residents in the pla- nning areas has become a hot and difficult problem to be solved. The phenomenon that the vilage residents build their houses not in accordance with the planning requirements is very serious. The author with his planning and management work experience put forward some countermeasures and sug- gestions to solve the problems of individual housing planning in the city planning area of count-level cities.
