Urban landscape planning can manifest the city characteristics and avoid thousand cities in one type or tho- usand sides in one city, which is increasingly taken seriously by the urban construction planning departments. Taking “the landscape planning of Tongling city” as an example, this paper introduces a thought for city landscape planning based on the concept of an action plan, which is hoping to provide reference for the reader.
