City Park is a concentrated embodiment of city culture which can accurately reflect the history and culture development of a city. And it is also an ecological restoration space. In this paper, based on the relationship between city park and regional culture in the transformation and the value dimension of regional culture in transformation, the author put forward promotion strategies of city regional park in culture function.
