The project cost not only decides and restricts the success or failure of the project, but also determines whether the enterprise can have a long-term development. At present, in the market pricing mechanism, there is more risk of municipal engineering cost. This paper mainly discussed how to select the appropriate parameters and the application of the establi- shment of rapid cost estimate model in practical work.
