The project cost control is an important part of co- nstruction project management. It needs to be conducted in early stages of starting, designing, construction and completion stages and gradualy to be deepened. In this paper, the author put forward some concrete methods and measures on effective cost management and control of projects in various stages, in order to achieve the maximum investing benefit.
