工业厂房结构包含钢筋砼结构、钢结构、预应力钢筋砼结构以及砖木混合结构等多种类型，不同类型厂房结构承重构件用材各异，优缺点不尽相同。为便于理解不同类型结构厂房特点，本文对钢结构及钢筋砼结构工业厂房的优劣性进行了比较与分析。

Industrial workshop structure comprises reinforced concrete structure, steel structure, prestressed reinforced conc- rete structure and brick mixed structure and other types. Ma- terials of bearing component of plant structure of different types are different, so the advantages and disadvantages are different as wel. In order to facilitate the understanding of features of different types of structure building, the advantages and disadvantages of the industrial steel structure and reinfo- rced concrete structure building were compared and analyzed in this paper.
