In recent years, the aging phenomenon in our co- untry is more and more serious. The demographic dividend is abating. Pension institutions are facing operational problems to be solved in the construction of the development process. This paper analyzed the factors affecting the operation efficiency of old-age care institutions in the architectural design and put forward the architectural design strategy for efficient operation of the pension institutions, to provide reference for readers.
