建筑工程项目的施工管理不仅关系到建筑工程的施工质量、进度等问题，也关系到建筑企业的核心经济利益。在实际管理过程中，因各方因素的影响，导致建筑施工管理中存在还存在诸多问题。本文对其中一些关键问题进行了分析，提出了一些防御措施。

The construction project construction management is not only related to the construction quality, progress and other issues, but also related to the building of enterprise core economic interest. In the practical management, due to the ef- fects of all factors, there are stil many problems existing in the management of construction. This paper analyses some key pr- oblems, put forward some defense measures.
