Concrete construction should steps as soon as poss- ible onto a green, sustainable development road. The promoti- on and application of green concrete of high performance te- chnology benefits the country, the people, and future gener- ations which is the inevitable choice under the pressure of energy resource shortage. This paper discussed the application of green concrete of high performance in road and bridge co- nstruction.
