When carrying on the reinforcement of basements in the high underground water level, the author studied anti-se- epage treatment of the junctions between the new added beam and slab structure system, the original frame and the shear wa- ls. By comparison among schemes, the author considers out- sourcing steel sealing scheme is reliable.
