At present, our country is in the key period of ur- banization. The 8th CPC National Congress proposed that we must adhere to the urbanization of Chinese characteristics. The author took the development of ecological buildings in Chen- gdu as an example, puting forward personal advice on how the ecological building design would promote the development of new urbanization.
