目的：观察电针配合耳穴贴压治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法：将110例胸腰段带状疱疹后遗神经痛的患者随机分成治疗组（电针配合耳穴贴压）和对照组（药物），观察两组治疗后的临床疗效及VAS、QS评分的变化。结果：治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为90.91％和76.36％，两组比较有显著性差异（P<0.05）。治疗前两组患者VAS及QS评分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后两组患者的 VAS 评分均较治疗前下降（P<0.05），而治疗组降低较对照组明显（P<0.05）。治疗后两组患者的 QS 评分均较治疗前升高（P<0.05），而治疗组升高较对照组明显（P<0.05）。结论：表明采用电针配合耳穴贴压治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛具有确切的疗效，能明显缓解患者的疼痛，改善患者的睡眠质量，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰전침배합이혈첩압치료대상포진후유신경통적림상료효。방법：장110례흉요단대상포진후유신경통적환자수궤분성치료조（전침배합이혈첩압）화대조조（약물），관찰량조치료후적림상료효급VAS、QS평분적변화。결과：치료조화대조조적총유효솔분별위90.91％화76.36％，량조비교유현저성차이（P<0.05）。치료전량조환자VAS급QS평분차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。치료후량조환자적 VAS 평분균교치료전하강（P<0.05），이치료조강저교대조조명현（P<0.05）。치료후량조환자적 QS 평분균교치료전승고（P<0.05），이치료조승고교대조조명현（P<0.05）。결론：표명채용전침배합이혈첩압치료대상포진후유신경통구유학절적료효，능명현완해환자적동통，개선환자적수면질량，치득림상추엄。
Objective: To observe clincal effects of EA plus ear acupoint sticking and pressing on thoracolumbar shingles postherpetic neuralgia. Methods:110 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (EA plus ear acupoint sticking and pressing) and the control group (medicine), 55 cases for each. The clinical efficacy, VAS and QS were observed before and after treatment. Results:The total efficacy in treatment group (90.91%) was significantly better than that (76.36%) in control group (P<0.05). Two groups of patients on VAS and QS were no significant difference before treatment (P>0.05). With the treatment, VAS scores in two groups were lower than that before treatment (P<0.05); while VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). At the same time, QS scores in two groups were higher than before treatment (P<0.05), while QS scores in the treatment group significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The EA plus ear acupoint sticking therapy could improve pains of patients and quality of sleepy with confirmed efficacy, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
