目的：观察小针刀疗法结合独活寄生汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效，探索中医治疗该病新的有效途径。方法：选择膝关节骨性关节炎患者120例，随机分为两组，各60例，治疗组予以小针刀疗法结合独活寄生汤内服治疗；对照组予以采用玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射。采用 Lysholm 评分进行疗效判断、临床疗效评估，随访3个月。结果：完整收集资料治疗组48例，对照组45例，治疗组优21例、良19例、中7例、差1例，优良率为83.3%；对照组优16例、良17例、中9例、差3例，优良率为73.3%。两组比较，差异有显著性意义（P<0.01），治疗后治疗组与对照组疗效比较有显著差异。治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：小针刀疗法结合独活寄生汤内服对膝关节骨性关节炎有显著疗效，符合以人为本的微创医学原则。
목적：관찰소침도요법결합독활기생탕치료슬관절골성관절염적림상료효，탐색중의치료해병신적유효도경。방법：선택슬관절골성관절염환자120례，수궤분위량조，각60례，치료조여이소침도요법결합독활기생탕내복치료；대조조여이채용파리산납슬관절강내주사。채용 Lysholm 평분진행료효판단、림상료효평고，수방3개월。결과：완정수집자료치료조48례，대조조45례，치료조우21례、량19례、중7례、차1례，우량솔위83.3%；대조조우16례、량17례、중9례、차3례，우량솔위73.3%。량조비교，차이유현저성의의（P<0.01），치료후치료조여대조조료효비교유현저차이。치료조료효우우대조조。결론：소침도요법결합독활기생탕내복대슬관절골성관절염유현저료효，부합이인위본적미창의학원칙。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of knife acupuncture therapy plus the Duhuo Jisheng decoction on knee osteoarthritis, and search new methods for this disease. Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases for each, the treatment group was given knife acupuncture therapy plus the Duhuo Jisheng decoction; while the control group was given knee articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. Clinical effects were analyzed. Results: In the treatment group (48 cases), 21 cases were markedly improved, 19 cases were improved, 7 cases were good, and 1 cases was invalid;while in the control (45 cases), 16 cases were markedly improved, 17 cases were improved, 9 cases were good, and 3 cases was invalid. The efficacy in the treatment group (83.3%) was significantly better than (73.3%) in the control (P<0.01). Conclusion:Knife acupuncture therapy plus the Duhuo Jisheng decoction on knee osteoarthritis was effective obviously, and followed principle with the minimally invasive medicine.
