目的：研究分析急诊床边血液灌流抢救重度有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效。方法将我院2010年4月至2014年4月收治的70例重度有机磷农药中毒患者作为研究对象，试验组和观察组各35例，观察组患者接受常规治疗，试验组患者在此基础上增加床边血液灌流。对比两组患者的治愈率、死亡率、并发症发生率、阿托品用量、昏迷时间和住院时间。结果2组患者在治愈率，死亡率及并发症方面具有明显差异，试验组患者要明显优于观察组患者（P＜0.05)。试验组患者的阿托品用量,住院天数，昏迷时间以及cHe恢复时间明显低于观察组患者（P＜0.05)。结论在抢救重度有机磷农药中毒时，床边血液灌流的效果显著，患者治愈率高，死亡率低，并发症少，且住院时间短，昏迷时间少，使用较少的阿托品剂量，cHe恢复快，因而可推荐在临床治疗中使用。
목적：연구분석급진상변혈액관류창구중도유궤린농약중독적림상료효。방법장아원2010년4월지2014년4월수치적70례중도유궤린농약중독환자작위연구대상，시험조화관찰조각35례，관찰조환자접수상규치료，시험조환자재차기출상증가상변혈액관류。대비량조환자적치유솔、사망솔、병발증발생솔、아탁품용량、혼미시간화주원시간。결과2조환자재치유솔，사망솔급병발증방면구유명현차이，시험조환자요명현우우관찰조환자（P＜0.05)。시험조환자적아탁품용량,주원천수，혼미시간이급cHe회복시간명현저우관찰조환자（P＜0.05)。결론재창구중도유궤린농약중독시，상변혈액관류적효과현저，환자치유솔고，사망솔저，병발증소，차주원시간단，혼미시간소，사용교소적아탁품제량，cHe회복쾌，인이가추천재림상치료중사용。
Objective to explore and analyze the clinical effects of hemoperfusion in the treatment of acute severe organopophorus pesticide poisoning. Methods the clinical data of 70 cases of acute severe organopophorus pesticide poisoning from april 2010 to april 2014 were studied. they were divided into the experimental group and observation group based on different treatment methods, 35 cases of each group. the patients in observation group received routine treatment, while the experimental group patients were given additional hemoperfusion therapy on the basis of the methods taken in the observation group. then the cure rate, mortality, complication rate, the dosage of atropine, coma time and hospitalization time of patients in the two groups were compared.Results the cure rate, mortality and complications occurrence between two groups showed signiifcant differences, and the results of the experimental group were obviously superior to that in the observation group (P<0.05). in the experimental group, the atropine dosage,the hospitalized days,the time of coma and cHe recovery time were signiifcantly lower than that in the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion in the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, hemoperfusion is effective, with higher cure rate, lower mortality rate, fewer complications, and shorter hospitalization time, less time of coma, less atropine dose, faster cHe recovery, so it can be recommended in clinical treatment.
