目的：总结归纳中药熏鼻法治疗鼻炎的临床护理方法及护理的体会。方法：取2013年1月-2013年12月本院采取中药熏鼻法治疗的鼻炎患者52例，随机分成护理组和对照组，护理组在治疗的基础上增加护理措施，而对照组患者不予护理，观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：护理组的显效率66.67%明显高于对照组的32.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；护理组满意度达96.30%，明显高于对照组的满意度68.00%，且两者之间的差异具有统计学的意义（P<0.05）。结论：中药熏鼻法治疗鼻炎效果显著，但是治疗的同时也不能忽略护理的重要性，加强护理可以提高治疗的效果。
목적：총결귀납중약훈비법치료비염적림상호리방법급호리적체회。방법：취2013년1월-2013년12월본원채취중약훈비법치료적비염환자52례，수궤분성호리조화대조조，호리조재치료적기출상증가호리조시，이대조조환자불여호리，관찰비교량조환자적치료효과。결과：호리조적현효솔66.67%명현고우대조조적32.00%，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）；호리조만의도체96.30%，명현고우대조조적만의도68.00%，차량자지간적차이구유통계학적의의（P<0.05）。결론：중약훈비법치료비염효과현저，단시치료적동시야불능홀략호리적중요성，가강호리가이제고치료적효과。
Objective: To generalize clinical experience of TCM medicine Xunbi therapy on nasitis. Methods: 52 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the nursing group from January 2013 to December 2013. The nursing group was given TCM medicine Xunbi therapy plus nursing;another was given TCM medicine Xunbi therapy solo. Clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results: The markedly effective rate in nursing group was 66.67%, obviously higher than 32.00% in another group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);degree of satisfaction in nursing group was 96.30%, obviously higher than 68.00%in another group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:TCM medicine Xunbi therapy showed good clinical efficacy, at the same time, importance of nursing could not be ignored. Nursing could improve clinical efficacy.
