剖宫产手术要求麻醉科医生按照母婴平安，不延长产程来处理。麻醉方法既要求起效快，肌松好，又可行术后镇痛。目前，临床应用较多的麻醉方法有两种，一种是硬膜外麻醉（EA），一种是腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉（CSEA）。腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉（CSEA）近年来广泛应用于临床，具有腰麻（SA）和硬膜外麻醉（EA）的双重优点，既发挥了腰麻作用迅速、效果确切、用药量少的优点，又可通过硬膜外给药延长麻醉时间，还可施行术后镇痛。为了探讨腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉（CSEA）在产科的应用，我科自2009年以来对腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉（CSEA）在子宫下段剖宫产术进行比较，现报告如下。
