目的：观察中药硬膏止痛方治疗癌症疼痛的疗效。方法：80例癌症疼痛患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。对照组予以西药常规治疗；治疗组在常规西药治疗的基础上给予中药硬膏止痛方治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率95%明显大于对照组总有效率77.5%（P<0.05）。结论：中药硬膏止痛方能有效缓解癌症疼痛。
목적：관찰중약경고지통방치료암증동통적료효。방법：80례암증동통환자수궤분위치료조40례화대조조40례。대조조여이서약상규치료；치료조재상규서약치료적기출상급여중약경고지통방치료。결과：치료조총유효솔95%명현대우대조조총유효솔77.5%（P<0.05）。결론：중약경고지통방능유효완해암증동통。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of the Yinggao Zhitong recipe on cancer pain. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control was given western routine medicine, while the treatment was given the Yinggao Zhitong recipe more. Results:The total efficacy in the treatment was 95%, obviously higher than 77.5%in the control (P<0.05). Conclusion:The Yinggao Zhitong recipe can effectively relieve cancer pain.
