目的：探讨口服清热祛毒汤结合一期根治术治疗热毒炽盛证低位肛痈的临床效果。方法：将60例符合纳入标准的热毒炽盛型低位肛痈患者，随机分成A组（中药加手术组）与B组（抗生素加手术组），比较两组在CRP、肉芽组织开始生长时间、痊愈时间、药品费用等方面的区别。结果：两组在CRP、肉芽组织开始生长时间、痊愈时间方面，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），但A组药品费用明显少于B组，差异有显著统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：清热祛毒汤结合一期根治术治疗热毒炽盛证低位肛痈的疗效与抗生素加一期根治术相当，但药品费用显著下降。
목적：탐토구복청열거독탕결합일기근치술치료열독치성증저위항옹적림상효과。방법：장60례부합납입표준적열독치성형저위항옹환자，수궤분성A조（중약가수술조）여B조（항생소가수술조），비교량조재CRP、육아조직개시생장시간、전유시간、약품비용등방면적구별。결과：량조재CRP、육아조직개시생장시간、전유시간방면，차이무통계학의의（P>0.05），단A조약품비용명현소우B조，차이유현저통계학의의（P<0.01）。결론：청열거독탕결합일기근치술치료열독치성증저위항옹적료효여항생소가일기근치술상당，단약품비용현저하강。
Objective:To discuss clinical effects of the Qingre Qudu decoction plus one-stage radical surgery on Redu Zhisheng syndrome of low anal carbuncle. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the group A (TCM+operation group) and the group B (antibiotics+operation group), differences of CRP, granulation tissue begins to grow, recovery time, and drug cost in two groups were compared. Results:The difference was no statistical significance (P>0.05), but drug cost in the group A was obvious less than group B, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Effects of the Qingre Qudu decoction plus one-stage radical surgery was similar to effects of antibiotics plus one-stage radical surgery, but have a significant reduction in the drug expenses.
