目的:研究东西部两所三甲医院(以下为两所医院)护士的现状满意度,以发现问题和寻找提高满意度的对策。方法:通过对两所医院328名护士采用问卷调查、自主发表意见形式,获得两所医院护士现状满意度和工作态度的资料。结果:在两所医院中,对工资和福利待遇的满意度分别为20.3%和34.6%,对工作环境与职业安全的满意度为45.9%和79.5%,对社会地位的满意度为35.5%和60.9%,对工作和精神压力满意度为4.1%和12.8%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);获得学习提高机会的满意度为43.2%和25.6%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两所医院60.0%以上的护士工作态度好和护理质量高,与患者的沟通和协调能力强。结论:两所医院护士对工作和精神压力、工资和福利待遇以及获得学习提高机会的满意度低。医院管理者可通过增加护理人员和提高福利待遇,以及增加学习提高的机会等措施,提高护士对现状的满意度。

목적:연구동서부량소삼갑의원(이하위량소의원)호사적현상만의도,이발현문제화심조제고만의도적대책。방법:통과대량소의원328명호사채용문권조사、자주발표의견형식,획득량소의원호사현상만의도화공작태도적자료。결과:재량소의원중,대공자화복리대우적만의도분별위20.3%화34.6%,대공작배경여직업안전적만의도위45.9%화79.5%,대사회지위적만의도위35.5%화60.9%,대공작화정신압력만의도위4.1%화12.8%,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05);획득학습제고궤회적만의도위43.2%화25.6%,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。량소의원60.0%이상적호사공작태도호화호리질량고,여환자적구통화협조능력강。결론:량소의원호사대공작화정신압력、공자화복리대우이급획득학습제고궤회적만의도저。의원관리자가통과증가호리인원화제고복리대우,이급증가학습제고적궤회등조시,제고호사대현상적만의도。
Objective:To study the satisfaction degree of nurses about status of their job,in order to found the problems and look for countermeasures for improving job satisfaction in two third class first level hospitals in eastern and western(in two hospitals ). Method:The data of satisfaction degree and work attitude were obtained by questionnaire and self-comment among 328 nurses in two hospitals in this paper. Result:The percentage of nurses who were satisfied of wages and benefits were 20.3%and 34.6%,of pressure of work and spirit were 4.1%and 12.8%,of work environment and occupation safety were 45.9% and 79.5%,of social status were 35.5% and 60.9%, there were all significant difference(P<0.05)respectively;the satisfaction degree of nurses about opportunities of enhance were 43.2%and 25.6%respectively,there were no significant difference(P>0.05)in two hospitals.There were good attitude of work and high quality of nursing and outstanding ability of communication and coordination in sixty percent of nurses in two hospitals. Conclusion:There are low satisfaction degree about pressure of job and spirit and wages and benefits and learning opportunities in majority nurses in two hospitals. The managers of two hospitals could improve the status satisfaction of nurses by increasing the staff and the benefits and opportunities of enhance.
