目的：观察跟骨重建钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床效果。方法：选取本院2011年1月-2013年1月收治的60例跟骨关节内骨折患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组采取常规跟骨撬拨术治疗，观察组采取跟骨重建钢板治疗，观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、住院时间、跟骨功能恢复至正常时间及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组的优良率93.33%（28/30）明显高于对照组的70.00%（21/30），住院时间、跟骨恢复至正常时间均明显短于对照组，且并发症发生率3.33%（1/30）明显低于对照组的26.67%（8/30），差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：跟骨重建钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折的治疗效果较好，具有很高的安全性，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰근골중건강판치료근골관절내골절적림상효과。방법：선취본원2011년1월-2013년1월수치적60례근골관절내골절환자，안조수궤수자표법장기분위관찰조화대조조각30례，대조조채취상규근골효발술치료，관찰조채취근골중건강판치료，관찰비교량조환자적치료효과、주원시간、근골공능회복지정상시간급병발증발생정황。결과：관찰조적우량솔93.33%（28/30）명현고우대조조적70.00%（21/30），주원시간、근골회복지정상시간균명현단우대조조，차병발증발생솔3.33%（1/30）명현저우대조조적26.67%（8/30），차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：근골중건강판치료근골관절내골절적치료효과교호，구유흔고적안전성，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of calcaneus reconstruction plate in treatment of calcaneal fracture.Method:60 calcaneus joint fracture patients in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected, they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional calcaneus poking treatment,the observation group was given calcaneus reconstruction plate treatment.The clinical effect,hospitalization time,calcaneal restored to normal time and occurrence of complications between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The excellent and good rate of observation group was 93.33%(28/30),it was significantly higher than 70.00%(21/30)of control group, the hospitalization time,calcaneal restored to normal time were significantly shorter than those of control group,the incidence of complications of observation group was 3.33%(1/30),it was significantly lower than 26.67%(8/30)of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of calcaneus reconstruction plate in treatment of calcaneal fractures after joint treatment is better,and has very high security.
