大学生是社会的重要组成部分，然而随着高校扩招，大学教育逐渐从“精英教育”转向“大众教育”。为了能够深入认识大学生的就业形势，了解大学生的就业现状，本文首先探讨了我国大学生就业问题的发展过程，在此基础上，从社会因素、高校因素和大学生的自身因素分析出现大学生就业难现象的原因，并提出解决这一问题的对策。

Students are an important part of society, but with college enrollment, college education is gradually turning"pub-lic education"from"elite education."For a deeper understanding of the employment situation of university students, to under-stand the status of employment of university students, this paper discusses the development process of China's employment problem students, on this basis, the phenomenon is difficult to analyze the causes of students' employment emerges from so-cial factors, college students themselves and come up with strategies to solve this problem.
