以安徽省224名幼儿教师为研究对象,探究了挑战性-阻碍性压力与幼儿教师工作奉献的关系,提出工作嵌入作为挑战性-阻碍性压力与工作奉献的中介的理论模型。研究结果表明:挑战性压力与工作奉献不相关;阻碍性压力与工作嵌入和工作奉献呈负相关关系;工作嵌入在阻碍性压力源与工作奉献之间起完全中介作用。本研究为提高幼儿教师的工作奉献、提升学前教育质量提供了新的思路。

Take 224 preschool teachers in Anhui Province as the research object, explores the challenges-obstacles pressu-res and preschool teachers work and dedication of the relationship, proposed work embedded as challenging-a theoretical model of stress and hinder the work and dedication of intermediation. The results show that:challenge not related stress and job dedication;hindering job stress and job dedication embedding and negatively correlated;work to embed fully mediated between the pressure sources and hinder the work of the dedication. This study is to improve early childhood teachers' work and dedication to improve the quality of pre-school education provides a new way of thinking.
