在对秦皇岛市区域经济及产业结构基本状况进行分析的基础之上，通过运用灰色综合关联度分析法，对秦皇岛市区域经济与三次产业发展的协调度进行了分析。结果表明，秦皇岛市在经济发展中，应该进一步发挥第三产业的优势带动作用，同时应该更加重视第二产业及第一产业的发展，以期消除经济发展制约因素所造成的不利影响。
在對秦皇島市區域經濟及產業結構基本狀況進行分析的基礎之上，通過運用灰色綜閤關聯度分析法，對秦皇島市區域經濟與三次產業髮展的協調度進行瞭分析。結果錶明，秦皇島市在經濟髮展中，應該進一步髮揮第三產業的優勢帶動作用，同時應該更加重視第二產業及第一產業的髮展，以期消除經濟髮展製約因素所造成的不利影響。
재대진황도시구역경제급산업결구기본상황진행분석적기출지상，통과운용회색종합관련도분석법，대진황도시구역경제여삼차산업발전적협조도진행료분석。결과표명，진황도시재경제발전중，응해진일보발휘제삼산업적우세대동작용，동시응해경가중시제이산업급제일산업적발전，이기소제경제발전제약인소소조성적불리영향。
Based on the analysis on the basic situation of the re-gional economy and industrial structure in Qinhuangdao, the co-ordination degree of the regional economy and the development of the three industries in Qinhuangdao was analyzed by the method of gray comprehensive relational analysis. The results showed that, the leading role of the third industry should be taken further ad-vantage, and we should pay more attention to the development of the second industry and the first industry in the economic devel-opment in Qinhuangdao, in order to eliminate the adverse effects caused by the restrictive factors in the economic development.
