Under the background that out country vigorously de-velops vocational education, some new issues about the moral cultivation of some teachers in higher vocational institutes which deserve researching and noticing have come out. This paper first analyzes the major problems in teachers' moral cultivation and also the causes, then it focuses on the effective ways to enhance teachers' moral cultivation.
