针对目前的机械工程专业人才培养还不能完全适应区域经济发展需要的问题,从增强学生创新型能力出发,瞄准国内外需求,发挥高校教师科研优势,通过组建实验班,探索导师制的拔尖创新型人才培养模式。从人才培养模式、人才培养方案、导师团队建设、培养环境构建等方面阐明具体举措以及实现方法,为培养高素质拔尖人才探索出一条新路。
