针对目前的机械工程专业人才培养还不能完全适应区域经济发展需要的问题，从增强学生创新型能力出发，瞄准国内外需求，发挥高校教师科研优势，通过组建实验班，探索导师制的拔尖创新型人才培养模式。从人才培养模式、人才培养方案、导师团队建设、培养环境构建等方面阐明具体举措以及实现方法，为培养高素质拔尖人才探索出一条新路。
針對目前的機械工程專業人纔培養還不能完全適應區域經濟髮展需要的問題，從增彊學生創新型能力齣髮，瞄準國內外需求，髮揮高校教師科研優勢，通過組建實驗班，探索導師製的拔尖創新型人纔培養模式。從人纔培養模式、人纔培養方案、導師糰隊建設、培養環境構建等方麵闡明具體舉措以及實現方法，為培養高素質拔尖人纔探索齣一條新路。
